Include spacing in RenderWrap.computeMaxIntrinsicWidth (horizontal) and computeMaxIntrinsicHeight (vertical). IntrinsicWidth / IntrinsicHeight consumers (including PopupMenu) were under-sizing children that use Wrap(spacing: ...), because max intrinsic main-axis extent ignored inter-child spacing.
